The Protein Ice Cream Company was founded by husband-and-wife duo Jordan and Madalyn Rohr. Like many dessert lovers, they were frustrated that there wasn’t a truly healthy ice cream made with all organic, natural ingredients and packed with protein. So Jordan rolled up his sleeves in the kitchen and created what became our signature Protein Ice Cream. But the story didn’t stop there. Jordan and Madalyn wanted to take that creamy goodness anywhere—no freezer required. That’s when Freeze Bites were born: a protein-packed, on the go snack that tastes like ice cream and crunches like cone. Our mission is simple: make treats that are good for youand taste amazing.
